Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and www Holding AB, org. no. 559515-3668, Anundsgatan 22, 753 34 Uppsala, Sweden ("we"), for the use of GymApp (the "App") and the services behind it. By using the App you accept them. Last updated 5 September 2026.

The App

The App logs strength and cardio workouts with timed sets and rests, keeps templates, history and body measurements, lets you describe gyms and their equipment, backs your data up to your account, and, if you turn it on, offers an AI coach. The App is in an early release: features change, and it may have faults.

Your account

An anonymous account is created the first time the App opens. You may sign in to keep the account across phones. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your phone secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Where the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to online services on your own (in several EU countries 14 to 16), you must be that age or have a parent's or guardian's permission, and the parent or guardian accepts these terms on your behalf.

Your data

Your workouts, templates, measurements, gyms and chat threads are yours. You give us the right to store, process and back them up to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. How the App uses your data, including usage measurement, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Gyms you publish

If you publish a gym, you confirm that its name, city, position and equipment list may be shown to other users, and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may edit or remove published gyms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App to harass anyone, to seek or promote illegal substances, to overload or attack our service, or to reverse engineer it. We may decline AI requests that break these rules and may suspend accounts that do.

Not medical advice

The App, including the AI coach, gives general training information. It is not medical advice and cannot know your health. Training carries risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, and stop if something hurts. The AI coach can be wrong; check what it says before acting on it.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for lost data you did not export, or for injury arising from training you chose to do. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Swedish law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account in Settings › Account. We may close accounts that break these terms. Deleting your account deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The App, its design and its content (except your data) belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on your devices.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the App will tell you about changes that matter. Swedish law applies, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
